 Demonstrative  Adjective

Demonstratives  Pronoun যখন Noun এর পূর্বে বসে adjective এর মত কাজ করে তখন তাকে Demonstratives  Adjective  বলে   ।   e.g. This/That pen is mine. These cars are built by robots. আরো কিছু উদাহরণ  

Demonstrative Adjective এবং Demonstrative Pronoun একই শব্দ হতে পারে, কিন্তু তাদের ব্যবহার ভিন্ন। যখন this, that, these, those কোনো বিশেষ্যের আগে বসে তাকে নির্দেশ করে,তখন তারা Demonstrative Adjective হিসেবে কাজ করে। কিন্তু যখন তারা নিজেরাই বিশেষ্যের স্থান দখল করে, তখন তারা Demonstrative Pronoun হিসেবে কাজ করে।

Demonstrative Adjective: This house is mine.

Demonstrative Pronoun: This is mine.
